The staff will contact you and will ask for your preferred pickup time and your pickup location. After the activity you will be brought back to your preferred location.
Disgusting. Do not go with this company. The brochure says you get breakfast. You do not get breakfast, you get a black coffee and some balinese cake,this should say morning tea. You only do one of the the four things stated on the leaflet. $60 per person to swim in a waterfall and a lunch was a rip off. Four of us were picked up at 06.30 and taken to a house apparently the bosses house for a drink of coffee and a piece of cake. Then we went to the waterfall. The leaflet states you coast stroll farming villages, walking through the beautiful rice paddies, coffee and clove plantations. You just go to the waterfall. The guide was good and informative at the Waterfall. It was 14.30 by the time we had food, which would have been okay had we eaten breakfast that were thought we would receive. The reason for booking the trip was to see the sights that were stated on the leaflet. I did email the tour operator the reply was you would be too full to swim if you had big breakfast, they really should change the wording. Very disappointing as Bali is lovely and there are some lovely genuine people. These kind of companies spoil it for the good ones.
