It was great experience until one of the staff giggled and bodyshamed a plus size person, the person's weight is 70 kilos, its the same weight of a grown man. Its outrageous they way you treated my family.
Pengalaman seru karena arusnya tidak terlalu ekstrem. Pemandangannya juga keren. Saya rekomendasikan ambil yang sesi pagi. Instrukturnya juga baik. Sayangnya, pengunjung tidak diperbolehkan membawa HP atau alat dokumentasi lain ke tubing. Jadi dokumentasinya akan dibantu oleh instruktur, dan kalau mau minta foto/videonya, kita harus bayar Rp50.000. Oh iya setelah selesai tubing, kita harus naek dulu ke atas yang jaraknya jauh dan banyak anak tangga. And they provide clean towel, toilets with warm water, and free lunch, so don’t worry.
The ride is very entertaining, kids loved it. The guides were super helpful and always make sure that we are safe, in land and in water. It's 11 out of 10 for the guides. We will go back here again for sure, especially when the weather is nice.
Great experience, highly recommend this as an alternative to white water rafting. It was raining when we did this (really raining) but this didn’t spoil the experience. Some rapids and other times more gently floating through the beautiful rainforest. I felt safe the whole time well looked after by the guides. There are some steps at the end so make sure you are fit enough to do those.
Simply amazing, loved the experience and scenery is spectacular. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, always looking after us. There are lots of steps to navigate both at the beginning and end of tubing so an element of fitness is required, that said, the tubing is safe, relaxing, exhilarating & refreshing.
It was very fun adventure, i really had so much fun with my family, friendly staff and instructors, clean river with fresh water, safe track even for children... They also prepare towels and mineral water after the activity, and the bathroom and changing room was also clean, unfortunately they don't prepare soap and shampoo in the bathroom... If i can give a suggestion, maybe they can open a canteen or atleast sell warm food like instant noodle or just tea/coffee...people were cold after the activity, it would be excellent if they can get warm food after shower...
