What a FANTASTIC experience! The booking was smooth and easy through their Instagram DM (Handle ID: @ubudatvride). Great communication with Putu Boni (owner/admin) - he runs a tourism agency and deals with the ATV company called Kuber Bali ATV Adventures. I got clear and thorough details about the various ATV options from Putu Boni. He also organised a private driver for us (for extra charge) to take us to/from the ATV venue. Stress-free and a FUN day for my family of 4. Wayan (private driver) was also great! His car is new, clean and super comfortable. He also helped us to check-in at the ATV venue. 5 stars to everyone involved! (Two thumbs up for Kuber's ATV guides - they were very attentive, helpful and truly care for the welfare and safety of their customers. There was a young couple (Indonesians) in our group who were driving recklessly and the guides told them off and in the end, the engines of their ATV was disabled by the guide. Well done, Kuber!)
You are going through a really narrow path the whole time and you cannot really do much, you do not have much freedom. There are some parts where you are able to go faster, but besides those sections it was a bit boring for me. I would not recommend the tandem, as my girlfriend got many bruises from the metal part of the quad at the back. You have to pay an extra cost (300k) at the end if you want to have the photos, which are not that sharp.
No refund, expensive (for what offers) and you have to pay immediately, nice combo.
