Fantastic trip, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Snorkelling was amazing, so much marine life to see. The mangrove trip in kayaks was great fun, not much wildlife to see on our trip but the guides still made it worth the trip. The staff guide you through everything so no experience necessary. I highly recommend this trip if your in Bali.
Ze hielden de groep goed bij elkaar. De cathering/lunch was erg goed. Ze kwamen allen erg professioneel over. Materialen zijn van goede kwaliteit. Locatie ziet er erg mooi uit. Ondanks dat we niet in het ophaalgebied zaten werden we netjes én dichtbij opgehaald en teruggebracht. Een erg leuke dag gehad! Niet opdringerig met beeldmateriaal. I booked 2 activities: one tour with snorkeling on 3 different sites around Lembongan and Penida islands to see mantas, beautiful corals and many colorful fishes followed by a kayak trip inside the mangrove park. I enjoyed so much the first day that I booked the following day a diving session for certified divers with 2 dives and I was very lucky because the weather and sea conditions where perfect and we went to a manta cleaning site with very few scuba divers so the mantas were not scared by us and they were slowly flying at a very close distance. Our diving guide Tatang was very attentive and highly skilled and made this day really perfect showing us many things and shooting wonderful photos. An unforgettable experience. I had a great time. Communication was great. They e-mailed me as soon as I made the booking and then got in touch via WhatsApp as I didn't check my emails. They confirmed the pickup time and address and arrived on time. Transfers were hassle free and everything ran like clockwork. The crew were very friendly and professional. Snorkeling was great and we visited 3 spots. We didn't get to see mantas but it's not a zoo. Lunch wasn't amazing but it was fine. They pick you up and drive you home. The lunch buffet was great, a lot of (vegetarian) choices and enough food for everyone. We went to three different snorkelling spots and stayed at each spot for 25 min. Could have been a bit longer. The kayaking in the mangroves was also very short, wish it was an hour long. They take pictures and videos of you during the snorkelling, which you can buy later. Overall good experience. A whole day for a good price. Waktu kunjungan Akhir pekan
