Wonderful experience I will never forget with Ketut and his big smile and photography Skills Ladies he is hard on the eyes be careful. ,💪 I was lucky enough to be the only one on this tour as a couple decided not to swim and Ketut gave the confidence to jump off 5 metre, 10 metre and 15 metre into the pristine clear water. I also went down there waterfall and it felt like you're floated on water. Just have your head forward and That's it. It would be up there with the best feeling I've ever had with my pants on. I've jumped out of aeroplanes before parachuting and this had another level of excitement. Please remember, don't be mean and pay it forward when you go on a tour because the pay is not great compared to overseas income. It's good to give. What everyone says is true: if you are in Bali, you must visit Samblingan Falls and I would recommend hiring a guide from Bali Jungle Trekking when you do. You don’t strictly need a guide, but ours was fantastically knowledgeable about the local ecology and we would have missed some of the best sights without him. The falls and lagoon are beautiful and a fun adventure if you have half a day to spare.
My family of 5 (including 3 kids aged 18, 14, and 7) had an absolutely terrific time on the “medium” trek. It included a fun hike and an exhilarating time swimming in mountain lakes, flying/gliding down a waterfall, and jumping down falls). Our guide—G’day—was terrific. All of my kids said it was their best day in Bali. Highly highly recommend!
