Surf Lesson Plan:
-First 20 minutes – Surf safety and theory.
-15 minutes – Beach practicals
-Go surfing – 45 minutes.
-Drink break – 15 minutes.
-Back into the ocean for some more surfing – 45 minutes.
-Last 10 minutes – Pack-up and return to the surf school.

-Sunscreen
-Towels
-If you need to wear glasses or contact lenses please bring one of the following:
