Booked their service based on Google reviews. It was a private Nusa Pendia Snorkeling Tour. But highly disappointing. The quality of boat given was bad then the pictures shared. Life jackets were old and torn. We were assured English speaking guide and no such person existed. All snorkeling points are highly commercialised and in fact at Manta point the only thing we saw was tonnes of plastic and waste floating in the sea. There were at least 3-4 boats with polluting engines on at one time where these guys would throw bread to attract the fish. So definitely not a good experience with the tour operator and the snorkeling spot. Highly NOT recommended
This tour was a quick and easy way to visit Uluwatu if you don't have alot of time in Bali. My driver and tour guide Puti was amazing. Very friendly! Only thing I'd be mindful of is the traffic to Uluwatu can sometimes be quite bad which means you won't get to spend much time at the Pedang beach and it may take a while to get back to you hotel or accommodation. The Cedak fire dance at the temple is an absolute must see! Very beautiful and engaging!
Our guide was very nice but overall I would not recommend our tour. We were there ontime and we indicated 7 people, they showed up with a very small car. We had 3 guys over 6ft. Was so crammed we were going to cancel and they got a new van. We had to drive 20 we were told but took 40mins to get it. So we lost almost 90mins for them not being prepared for the group size we confirmed many days prior. Due to this we had to cut half the items off the list but no discount for their mistake and really no apology. Bedugul Tanah Lot Tour should also be noted you spend 90% on the car, I think it was 6 hrs driving and each stop maybe 30mins. Lunch was not very good, I heard other tours take you to rice terrace and this place does not for lunch. Would recommend eating there the food looked great.The lunch also didn’t include water, I get alcohol but it was very cheap. It was a basic buffet. They basically dropped us at the front of each stop and provided no “guide” around the temple or what we were seeing. By the time we got or rice terrace was pouring, they didn’t want to stop but we went to the restaurant and had drinks because we had been in the car nonstop. So up at 8:30 ready, didn’t leave till 9, 40mins to van and we got dropped at another restaurant for dinner at 6:45pm. There is no way they can hit all the places described with the traffic. I had coworkers do other tours and had much better experience. While people are nice I would not recommend.
The Kintamani cycling tour was excellent. The guides were knowledgeable and scrupulous about safety. The additional back up team (for example, the driver) were also excellent. It was a great mix of nature,. exercise and culture. Highly recommended.
We did the Nusa Penida snorkeling + sights tour with them - they accommodated our last minute booking, had a well-organized, clear itinerary and provided a professional service - the guide was a good driver on the narrow, hilly roads on Nusa Penida and he even guided us to less crowded areas to get better photos of Kelingking beach
Me and my wife did the Tanah Lot and Uluwatu tour that would end with a dinner in Jimbaran. The tour was the longest we did in our whole stay to just see 2 sites,very exhausting,we stayed at the sites for like 40/60 minutes each and like 5+hrs in the car,I just think this combination doesn’t work cause is not pleasant. But this is not even the worst part. The fish dinner that was included in Jimbaran was the WORST we have ever had. The fish was old and cooked in a bad way,the taste was terrible but we had to eat something after 9hrs of tour and that was our only option. I wish I didn’t eat that plate cause after that both me and my wife had the worst stomach virus of our lives. It lasted so long that once we came back to our country we had to go to the ER and get tested and we ended up having a blood infection that we’re still trying to treat. So not only expensive,unpleasant and poor experience,but also a terrible memory that we’ll never forget. Whoever is dealing with customer service through WhatsApp texts is also very rude and unprofessional since after we communicated all the problems they literally asked to send the hospital notes and still after proof they were questioning the situation. Just the worst tour agency on planet earth.
