We booked boat cruise to Penida through these guys. Totally worth it, sweet little boat for our little crew of 6 peeps was a perfect fit. Caught some not big, but descent fish for the dinner, thanks to captain. 5 stars here no questions.
We booked a day trip but the driver didn’t show up (already paid and got a confirmation of the trip) No one called us and we were just waiting for 1,5 hours until we realized no one is coming. No one was responding to our emails and calls. It was too late to book with another company so we couldn’t do anything that day. Would recommend to book with another company
За одну поездку обращался дважды в эту компанию. И собирались еще минимум два других заказа, но, после второго опыта общения связываться больше нет желания, и вот почему: 1) В первом случае мы заказывали трансфер с Бали на Гили и обратно. Во время общения в чате сотрудник перепутал время расписания и дезинформировал нас, из-за чего у нас поехали планы и мы потеряли день из-за позднего обратного трансфера. Повезло, что решил самостоятельно уточнить время накануне перед отплытием, иначе бы в принципе не уплыли, и я не знаю, вернули бы нам за это деньги или нет. Скриншот переписки прикладываю. 2) Заказали восхождение на Батур. На сайте написано, что восхождение в 4:00 и мы почему-то решили, что нас заберут в это время. Когда накануне вечером мы поняли, что ошиблись и заберут нас в час ночи, а также что нам нужно докупить теплых вещей, мы попытались решить вопрос через поддержку и попросили перенести нас на другой день. Получили отказ, так как на наше место уже не смогут найти замену. На замечание о том, что у нас два негативных опыта обращения в компанию, сотрудница ответила, что в первом случае косячила не она, так что и вопросы не к ней. Мы предложили удержать с нас штраф за наш косяк, попросили сделать скидку на следующий заказ — сотрудница предложила максимум 5%. В итоге потеряли около 10000 рублей, так как решили не ехать. Итого получаем, что для компании норм косячить самой, а если накосячите вы, то помогать вам вряд ли будут, так как общение проходит в духе «извините, но у нас правила, система, деньги списаны, до свидания».
